Work with the Director and Writer in story development to brainstorm and foster story concepts from the outline or script to be assigned to storyboard artists.
Liaise with Feature Animation at Netflix which will include executives from cross-functional teams such as Creative, production, Finance, Business Affairs, and Legal Affairs as well as the Film’s Creator, Executive Producers, and production crew to manage, guide, and problem-solve throughout all phases of production.
Our Literary Scout will collaborate with all team members (including senior staff), as well as Amazon Studios TV and Film development teams and Business Affairs to help guide, steer, and target properties that will transform over time into high quality, surprising, and exciting Films and Series.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling, phones, bookkeeping, digital filing, travel, office management, and more.
Work with Directors of Physical Production in handling the physical pre-production, production and wrap of major theatrical feature films (both domestic and foreign).
Create series and/or movie budgets, schedules, achievements, and assumptions.
Duties include assisting in Film and Television development, reading books and scripts, and research for Film and TV projects.
Work closely with a passionate team of seasoned executives to execute and build on a robust growing NA feature slate, based on Wattpad and WEBTOON’s most valuable IP.
Oversee a global production slate of original IP, reviewing scripts, treatments, outlines, production schedules, assets, Music, dailies and cuts and providing timely feedback.
