Manages supervisor’s calendar and schedules appointments and coordinating heavy travel schedules for staff and talent.
Manage submission log and prepare coverage. Lead all aspects of development and project grid for the office.
Handle daily administrative tasks including assisting with scheduling, filing, photocopying, scanning, running errands, taking notes, answering phone calls, detailing messages, ordering office supplies, etc.
Ideally, generally familiar with the many facets of feature filmmaking – i.e., development, Physical Production, Post Production, and business/legal affairs.
Support the SVP, Creative Production, including handling phones, calendar, filing, drafting correspondence, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, script submission oversight.
Ideal candidate must have at least one year of relevant experience. Duties include heavy calls, scheduling appointments, filing, creating booking slips, tracking client payments, data gathering/entry, etc.
