Hamish Linklater

In 1942, Homer Macauley is a boy determined to be the best and fastest bicycle telegraph messenger of his city. His older brother, Marcus, along with most of the young boys of the city, has gone to war, leaving the families worried. Homer becomes the only telegraph messenger of the city, delivering the letters that bring messages of love, wishes, pain and death, hoping that one of them announces the return of his brother.

Logline: Story revolves around Homer Macauley, a 14-year-old telegraph bike messenger. His older brother has gone to fight in World War II, leaving him to care for his widowed mother, his older sister and his four-year-old brother, Ulysses.

Logline: Set in 1920s France, the story follows an Englishman who is brought in by an wealthy family to help unmask a possible swindler in their midst. Things get complicated when he starts to develop feelings for the “seer” and can’t figure out if she’s playing him, too.

Logline: A fleet of battleships do battle with an armada of unknown origins to try and discover why they are here and what their ultimate goal is.
