Logline: After twenty years of war and exile Odysseus returns home to find his kingdom stolen from him, his people turned against him, and his name now a crime to utter. Now, in order to survive and reclaim the world he built he must navigate the corruption, politics and violence of a kingdom that replaced him.

In 1942, Homer Macauley is a boy determined to be the best and fastest bicycle telegraph messenger of his city. His older brother, Marcus, along with most of the young boys of the city, has gone to war, leaving the families worried. Homer becomes the only telegraph messenger of the city, delivering the letters that bring messages of love, wishes, pain and death, hoping that one of them announces the return of his brother.

Logline: Story revolves around Homer Macauley, a 14-year-old telegraph bike messenger. His older brother has gone to fight in World War II, leaving him to care for his widowed mother, his older sister and his four-year-old brother, Ulysses.
