Coordinate processing and distribution of production paperwork. Gather, track, and enter various production related data on multiple platforms.
Track, organize, and manage all production and post materials on past and current shows. Assist in building and maintaining production related documents for individual show use.
Conduct phone duties, which include but not limited to: fielding incoming calls, transferring calls, taking messages, scheduling conference calls, arranging meetings etc.
Assist the development team with coverage on incoming materials (reading scripts, books, show pitches, etc). Preparing decks for internal and external creative presentations, including editing clips and mocking up creative materials.
Working closely with creative and showrunners, identifying and assessing creative materials and partners as well as managing relationships with internal / external staff and crew, reviewing and vetting creative materials and ensuring premium quality content is produced.
Job requirements include scheduling calls, compiling bid sheets, booking travel, general office management, copy editing treatments, job related research and interfacing with directors.
Manage phones, calendars, travel, expense reports, and general office organization. Prepare reading materials and manage distribution. Read/cover writing samples and other creative materials.
Liaising with agents, studio executives, writers, and executive producers as well as internal departments.
This position requires an elevated degree of multi-tasking, a sharp focus for details and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment.
Duties include administrative work, calls, notes, scheduling, grids, tracking and reading submissions.
