Structure, draft and negotiate a high volume of above-the-line TV development and production deals, including deals for showrunning EPs, non-writing EPs, rights acquisitions, pilot directors, on-screen talent, etc.
Editing, proofreading, summarizing, and redlining agreements and correspondence. Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed.
Assist on shoots in studio or on-location with players, coaches and fans. Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to: shooting, lighting design, audio engineering, set grip, logging and assisting in the control room when needed.
Developing insightful presentations that summarize key data, identify underlying trends, and ultimately result in actionable strategic recommendations.
Shoot and edit news b-roll using broadcasting cameras. Operate studio cameras and broadcasting equipment.
Acting as the first point of contact for the agent to help manage their workload, escalating where necessary. Logging and tracking incoming materials from clients for projects in both development and pitching stages.
Read and watch a high volume of weekly script and film submissions. Write concise coverage analyzing submitted films for consideration of acquisition or talent tracking.
Communicates effectively with Producers, Showrunners, talent, and talent agents in the execution of their duties as the Company’s representative on 20th Television produced pilots and series.
Establishes a good working relationship with the SPA creative team, Show Directors, Line Producer, Key Leads and including but not limited to BA, Legal, Finance, Recruiting, Facilities, P&O, Technology, Operations and Post.
Attend technical scouts and final production meetings to confirm that the final stages of pre-production are on course for a successful shoot, and supervise reshoots for maximum production value while minimizing the impact to the post schedule.
Assisting a small team of Creative Executives, including diary management, scheduling external meetings, expenses and coordinating travel. Tracking development projects, including key submissions and creative updates on projects.
Responsible for ensuring the feature film productions run smoothly and that internal and external participants are receiving the information and support they need.
Manage calendars for the President and EVP, including scheduling conference calls and meetings and closely monitoring calendars to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Responsibilities include rolling calls, managing multiple schedules, setting meetings, covering scripts, interfacing with agents, lawyers, studio executives and producers as well as business affairs execs, and assisting the company’s expanding roster of talent clients.
Works closely with Coordinating Producers, Senior Producers, Segment Producers and other Production Assistants on a daily basis to support content created for daily studio programming.
