Maintain organizational system for tracking project materials, incoming submissions and other tasks/requests to ensure timely response and accurate record keeping.
Review and coordinate all production related paperwork (including call sheets, production reports, crew lists, wrap reports, etc.).
Candidates must be highly organized, detail oriented with ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
Experience all aspects of the television development process for Comedy and Drama.
The Intern will have exposure to Production, Post-Production, Business Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Public Relations on an ad hoc basis.
Check, stub and document scanning, check deposit via check scanner and/or in person at the bank, data entry, minor calculations, filing.
Ideal candidates are organized, resourceful, articulate, and professional multi-taskers.
Duties include scheduling, rolling calls, travel coordination, expense reports, talent lists, and script coverage.
