In addition to personal tasks, the position entails reading and script coverage, as well support on set and in pre/Post Production.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, rolling calls, coordinating schedules, managing travel and facilitating all professional and personal items for the CEO.
Ideal candidates should have superior organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, resourceful, have the ability to multi-task and shift priorities.
Candidate’s main function is to aid employees with any technical difficulties they are experiencing with their computers, software, the server, & general internet /network issues.
The ideal candidate has 8 – 10+ years as a literary scout, has management experience in a multi-person scouting or literary affairs department, book fair experience, and deep relationships with editors/publishers, publishing agents, and Film/TV agents.
At least one year of experience in representation is strongly preferred.
This individual should be flexible, detail-oriented, highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
