McKay is attached to produce and direct the adaptation of Mark Weid’s Irredeemable for 20th Century Fox, with Tommy Wirkola penning the script.

The Plutonian is considered the world’s greatest superhero until he begins heartlessly slaughtering the population of Earth – at least those who defy him. His former allies, the superhero group The Paradigm, attempt to find a way to stop his rampage while dealing with their own problems of betrayal and hopelessness.
