The Production Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Executive Producer, assist senior producers in selecting and coordinating interns, update and maintain American Masters’ database and series one-sheets, maintain an inventory of supplies, log all proposals received and organize American Masters’ tape closet and press files.
Responsible for providing essential support to all areas under the oversight of production, including but not limited to scheduling and calendars, budgets and cost reporting, production and office operations, travel, Post Production, asset management and record keeping.
Using tools such as Studio System, the assistant will learn key clients and their relationships with the executives, so they may schedule or reject meetings as necessary.
The Development Coordinator will set-up meetings, manage assets, help the Mattel Films producers with vendor management, attend creative meetings and manage follow-up as well as ensure the approvals process runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in identifying source material/talent for the adult Animation audience, giving Creative guidance and feedback to top level show runners on outlines, scripts, animatics, character designs, casting, and cuts.
Arranging travel, maintaining Outlook calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, answering & screening calls, maintaining office supplies, and processing invoices.
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, produce correspondence, travel booking/coordination, and special projects for the company President and SVP.
The primary focus of the job is heavy administration and scheduling in a vibrate, Creative, talent friendly environment.
Read scripts and writing samples. Take, coordinate and suggest script notes under the guidance of the producer. Provide inspirational research for projects’ world & characters.
Tracking and logging incoming material (i.e., pitches, cuts, drafts, submissions, and samples), and up-and-coming talent. Writing detailed notes on projects. Providing script coverage.
Proof reading and editing. Processing expense reports. Managing document flow, including creating and maintaining files.
Track submissions and maintain a list of emails which need responses from the executives. Reviewing new submissions, scripts and revisions, and providing comprehensive feedback as necessary.
Coordinate general meetings for department executives, maintain scripts, schedules, master lists and all other related documents for all shows/movies.
Oversees every aspect of assigned primetime Series on network, cable and Streaming services. This includes the reading and evaluation of weekly scripts regarding concept, character development, character definition, story structure, humor and dialogue.
Performs diversified administrative function for the SVP of Casting and Talent Development, including frequent contact with high-level executives, directors, creators, agents, managers and talent.
This role entails executing general office administrative and clerical duties with high levels of professionalism, organizational skills and a strong eye for detail while interacting with high-level internal and external clientele.
