Michael Becker and Mark Morgan, of Imprint Entertainment, are repping the remake rights for the 2007 Korean box-office hit, “200 Pound Beauty.” The story follows a super-talented and overweight woman, secretly working as the singing voice of a ultra-popular Diva, who decides to undergo a dramatic full-body transformation. “Beauty” was nominated for four Grand Bell Awards, Korea’s equivalent of the Oscars, and won for Best Actress and Cinematography. Imprint Entertainment is attached to produce, but are looking to partner.
