The Production Coordinator will  provide administrative support to the Executive Producer, assist senior producers in selecting and coordinating interns, update and maintain American Masters’ database and series one-sheets, maintain an inventory of supplies, log all proposals received and organize American Masters’ tape closet and press files.

Primarily focus on providing a full range of administrative support to three digital executives executives such as arranging travel, maintaining Outlook calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, answering and screening calls, maintaining office supplies, and processing invoices.

Provide support to Creative team on various Creative Development projects including: writing coverage on prospective ideas; taking and compiling notes during meetings; tracking and summarizing market trends/broadcaster line-ups.

This position works on the development of original holiday movies overseeing projects from start to finish. Takes pitches and seeks out programming that is appropriate for Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie and Mysteries scripted needs for both movies.

Responsibilities include scheduling calls/meetings for sales team, drafting and negotiating contracts, assisting with festival submissions, and coordinating delivery of assets to distributors.

Work with Topic Studios executives and producers to develop and/or vet budgets and production plans for Fiction and Nonfiction TV shows, Films, podcasts, and Documentary features that are in development, pre-production, and under consideration as potential investment.
