From a creative standpoint, partner with the International creative teams to review market materials, development slates and pilots to ensure alignment with the creative vision. Provide creative notes and feedback on outlines, scripts, and cuts.

Review stage play librettos, Film screenplays, TV pilots and released Film/TV projects and furnish written coverage containing evaluations of those materials to executives.

Scheduling and coordinating recurring in-house staff meetings, generals, informationals, pitches, and production meetings, table reads, etc.

Finds writers for series development, series staffing and Streaming development projects. Works closely with writers to develop pitches, write outlines and give story and script notes.

Create, craft, pitch, and sell unscripted formats, docusoaps, game shows and more. Originate new ideas and talent and manage deck writing and design.

This role will be responsible for creating visual assets, including videos, graphics, and some photo illustrations and spanning across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other new emerging social platforms.

Interface with high-profile clients, prospective clients, managers and network executives with utmost professionalism. Research ratings, information on unscripted shows, podcasts, showrunners and directors.

Provide written coverage of scripted screenplays, completed Films, Television pilots, treatments and one-sheets.

Generate creative notes for projects in active development as well as Current Series.

Responsible for overseeing the budgeting and Physical Production by third party studios of Hulu’s rapidly expanding slate of Original Drama/Comedy scripted pilots and series, unscripted documentaries and series, low budget films, and specials.

Assist in TV development, pre-production, production & post-production administration. Outsourcing, reviewing, & contributing to development materials, concepts, outlines, scripts, rough cuts, etc.
