Season 1, Episode 9 – Making the latest episode of Powerless a bottle episode lets the writers make jokes that stem from character and not the wacky DC Universe. It pays off here, in one of the better episodes of the season.

Season 1, Episode 8 – Powerless is once again carried by Alan Tudyk’s Van Wayne in an otherwise forgettable episode.

Season 1, Episode 7 – A marked improvement for Powerless this week, as a Van Wayne (Alan Tudyk) storyline steals the show, providing consistent laughs not present in recent episodes.

Season 1, Episode 6 – Back from hiatus, Powerless returns with its worst episode yet, the laughs few and far between and characters behaving inconsistently.

Season 1, Episode 5 – Again Powerless falls flat. Though with one or two solid laughs, the episode puts Danny Pudi’s Teddy in the spotlight, but doesn’t do his proven comedic chops justice.

Season 1, Episode 4 – Another misstep this week for Powerless as the cast, though talented on their own, fail to display chemistry and the writers keep the jokes that hit few and far between.

Season 1, Episode 3 – Powerless might just finally win you over with its third and strongest episode, smartly putting Alan Tudyk’s Van Wayne at its center and finally utilizing the DC Universe in a funny way.

Season 1, Episode 2 – NBC’s second episode of Powerless doesn’t bring the superlaughs or take advantage of the DC Universe it exists in.

Season 1, Episode 1 – The Powerless series premiere had a little too much super hero set-up and not quite enough super laughs to live up to NBC’s history of acclaimed workplace comedies.
