Act as our go-to set PA for small and large-scale productions. Keep up to date digital production wrap books on previous and current jobs, while prepping for future jobs.
Provide support throughout the production processes to ensure success during pre-production, production, and Post Production phases of a project.
Work closely with Production SVP, VPs, directors, managers, and Show production staff to examine the needs of each production.
Maintain production paperwork for multiple series. Staff & Crew Lists. Outlines. Scripts & Revisions (collate scripts).
Providing administrative and client support including scheduling auditions and coordinating with casting directors, publicists, and productions. Covering scripts and projects for potential consideration.
Work closely with the producer and Director, attend and take notes at various project meeting sessions. Responsible for tracking the key milestones of the custom Animation schedule and monitoring the progress of the project.
Provide daily support and work closely with department personnel in all aspects of logistical, operational and project coordination for various scale productions.
Keeping an up-to-date calendar, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, sending reminders and other various coordination duties for the executive team. Writing research summaries. Building pitch decks.

Teaching assignments may include a range of courses in the BA and BFA programs, including Filmmaking I, Story Analysis and screenwriting, directing Workshop, Advanced screenwriting, Writing the Narrative Series, Multi-camera Narrative production, and BFA Thesis, among others.
This role will be responsible for creating visual assets, including videos, graphics, and some photo illustrations and spanning across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other new emerging social platforms.
Duties include: heavy scheduling/calls, travel coordination, assisting productions, research, and general daily operations.
