Programming

Distributing script materials and internal project trackers. Provide detailed coverage of incoming script and project submissions as needed.

They will be responsible for scheduling a high volume of meetings on a regular basis, both within the company and the entertainment industry.

Oversee a Programming & Delivery calendar for all titles connected to Scripted Originals Series for P+ US, while working with the Programming team leaders to align on target premiere dates.

Work with internal departments and development labels to build budgets and production plans for reality formats that are in development or greenlit (including schedules, detailed line by line budget, cash flow and overall approach to physical production)

Candidate must have previous experience as a Production Assistant and/or Development Assistant.

This position works on the development of original holiday movies overseeing projects from start to finish. Takes pitches and seeks out programming that is appropriate for Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie and Mysteries scripted needs for both movies.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting all day-to-day business activity, both administrative and creative/development of the SVP.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and effectively balance changing demands, a dynamic schedule, and function well under pressure.

Produce a weekly report tracking industry trends inclusive of current projects in development and existing Series coupled with popularity data compiled from internal and syndicated data sources.

The Associate Producer will track the status of ongoing projects and deliverables for both Development and production, assist executives with all aspects of creative from casting, creating decks, research, and work with freelance production teams on active shows and manage show deliverables for shows aired.

Provides detailed notes on concepts, outlines and scripts, and delivers clear creative, direction on all Film cuts and post elements, including VFX and scoring.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in both development and production, and the ability to identify strong material and talent and give creative guidance and feedback to top level writers and directors on outlines, scripts, and cuts.

Generate creative notes for projects in active development as well as Current Series.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses a deep understanding of how a successful Television show is crafted and strong creative instincts for identifying compelling creative opportunities.

Responsible for a variety of programs and processes in early stage that will need to be defined and built in order to ensure the Content & Programming team’s operations and planning processes are optimized for success.

The Coordinator will participate in the development of all scripted Programming from concept to series.

This role will supervise the development of new scripted content, from concept to series, as well as oversee all aspects of production for new and returning shows.

Responsibilities include keeping organized files, ensuring invoices are approved and submitted, preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, assisting in scheduling events, answering phones; and coordinating meetings and schedules with other company administrative assistants.

The coordinator will participate in the development of all scripted programming from concept to series.
