Responsibilities will change as the company continues to grow, but in addition to Executive Assistant functions, this person will be tasked with development duties such as idea generation, research and deck building, as well as generalist work across the company.

Prepare and coordinate meeting logistics with a focus on productivity, agenda setting and set-up of necessary pre-read materials includes meeting set-up, pre-preparation, note taking, distribution and follow-through on action items.

Duties include: high-volume calendar management, covering incoming material and providing creative feedback on all submissions and in-development projects, note taking, maintaining all internal databases (e.g. writer lists, master projects lists, submission grids), ad hoc research projects.

Responsible for the ongoing oversight and outcome of large-scale projects and its processes, managing the complete development life cycle for multiple projects, including resource allocation and scheduling, as well as quality, stakeholder, and risk management.

Write concise coverage of scripts, help assess a wide range of material, and provide constructive feedback to Manager for representation consideration and development of producing projects in Film and Television.
