Season 1, Episode 3 – This week in The Good Place, we slowly find out more about this new world and Eleanor’s place in it. She is taking at least one baby step toward actually being a better person, but still has a long way to go, and there is a twist toward the end that could lead to all sorts of fun.
Season 1, Episodes 1-2 – The Good Place, the newest sitcom from Parks and Recreation creator Michael Schur, lives up to his name. There is a barely a moment in the first two episodes that doesn’t bring out a smile or a chuckle.
Killjoys simply kills the finale, bringing both joy and action packed excitement as our heroes learn the full truth of the green goo’s purpose and team up with a foe to bring down their unforeseen enemies.
As season two of Killjoys draws to a close, the stakes keep getting higher and higher. “Johnny Be Good” reveals a sinister plan, starts a revolution, and loses a beloved character, all building up to next week’s finale, where things will finally come to a head.
The Killjoys go back to school this week, combined with the resurgence of a few familiar faces, some cute kids, and an overdose of sexual tension, makes “Schooled” the most enjoyable episode of the season.
There are a lot of bugs. That is probably the most apt summary of “Shaft,” the third episode of season two of Killjoys. Surprisingly, this leads to a very enjoyable hour of television.
In this week’s Killjoys the team returns to Westerly in order to help Old Town friends resume their lives before the bombing. The bigger question is whether our favorite bounty hunters can still return to the fun-loving spirit they used to have.
