Assisting Talent Managers at our Los Angeles and New York offices. Coordinating talents’ schedules and appointments
Update and maintain calendars; schedule team meetings and phone calls (including sending out and managing calendar invites with internal and external attendees).
Coordinate processing and distribution of production paperwork (call sheets, production reports, SAG sheets, wrap reports, crew lists, etc.)
Responsibilities include rolling calls, managing multiple schedules, setting meetings, covering scripts, interfacing with agents, lawyers, studio executives and producers.
Tasks include heavy phones, coordinating schedules, handling client appointments, and some basic video editing.
Collaborate with show producers, line producers, production managers and creative executives and offer assessments on budgets, production plans, and schedules. Includes feedback on production risks and/or options that can impact staying on budget and schedule.
