USA Netowrk has renewed Shooter for a third season, series star Ryan Phillippe announced Monday morning.
Season 1, Episode 10 –Shooter Shooter nails the season finale with a massive shootout in the woods after Bob Lee rescues his daughter from the Russian Embassy where Krukov held her for leverage. Agent Memphis arrives in time for the assist and we meet an important, hidden player in the conspiracy, Agent Johnson’s new boss, and discover his secret alliance.
Season 1, Episode 9 – Bob Lee makes a deal with the villain Shooter for the safety of his family, Memphis is faced with dilemmas she never trained for and Meachum pays a price for his bad behavior. Julie proves to be a much more difficult hostage than Payne imagined and we lose one of the show favorites heading into the finale.
Season 1, Episode 8 – Bob Lee trains Agent Memphis how to fire long range when they team up against the actual Shooter in a showdown that brings all conspiracy players together. Jack Payne makes a deal to buy his freedom in exchange for damaging Annex B evidence while Julie and Mary move to the safehouse in the woods.
Season 1, Episode 7 – Bob Lee follows the clues to a gun show and discovers a new player in the conspiracy. Meachum faces betrayal on his team when the FBI gets a lead on the actual Shooter while Agent Johnson changes his position. Julie gets tough when someone close to her puts Mary in danger.
Season 1, Episode 6 – Shooter fans are going to love this episode as Bob Lee tracks down his mentor and they face a team of deadly mercs together. Memphis interrogates Payne and pulls a secret out of him which puts the pressure on Meachum to reveal himself while Johnson begins to question his role in the assassination.
Season 1, Episode 5 – Bob Lee returns to the scene of the crime and finds evidence of another Shooter but needs help from Agent Memphis to connect the dots. Julie takes a drastic step towards keeping her family safe but jeopardizes Agent Memphis’ career. Jack Payne continues to clean up loose ends involving Voydian.
Season 1, Episode 4 – Shooter explores Isaac Johnson’s Afghanistan back story and his relationship with CIA Agent Meachum. Julie holds a funeral for Bob Lee, but Mary knows he’s still alive. Jack Payne drops in on Agent Memphis to manage her ongoing investigation but she turns out to be much more clever than he anticipated.
Season 1, Episode 3 – Shooter continues to deliver on the conspiracy story. Isaac begins to feel pressure from all sides when Bob Lee escapes his grasp and Julie doesn’t respond to his intimidation. Memphis keeps an open mind but needs more evidence to support Bob Lee’s theory and Bob Lee reaches out to Alex’s contact but can’t afford her help.
Season 1, Episode 2 – Shooter rolls up an action packed second episode. Swagger gets sent to prison and has to fight off homicidal rapist. Meanwhile, we meet the man behind Isaac’s plan and get a sense of the bigger picture. Julie manages the stress and federal agents like a pro and Memphis senses something is out of place.
Season 1, Episode 1 –Shooter fires up a political conspiracy from the patsy POV when a retired Marine sniper is recruited to develop a counter-sniper plan to protect the President. Base on Stephen Hunter’s Bob Lee Swagger series and the 2007 Wahlberg-Fuqua movie, Ryan Phillippe take his shot as Bob “the Nailer” in the new action-thriller from USA.
