Supports the production team to achieve overall goals, shift priorities as departmental needs change. Manage calendar of the Director, assist in navigation of daily schedule and needs.

Assists Assistant Production Manager with assembling model/design packets. Distribute scripts, storyboards, & other pre-production materials.

Responsible for production paperwork used to coordinate performer and crew shooting schedules. Manage shoot communication channels between on-set and remote crew.

Daily check-ins with artists to gauge progress on assignments, communicate updates and critical changes related to the schedule. Transcribe review notes, distribute, and ensure follow-up of action items and status changes as necessary

Support the series producers and the Production Manager. Skilled in multitasking and tracking assets for multiple episodes simultaneously.

Create appropriate development, pre-production, production and post schedules and budgets with partner Studios, Netflix cross-functional teams and creators to suit the needs of the show.

Maintain and supervise the department schedule and budget, making sure deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.

Coordinates shipping of episodic materials to partner studios and ensures that the work is labeled and filed accurately. Breakdown scripts in various stages (Outline, 1st Draft, 2nd Draft) to determine complexity of assigned episodes.

Liaise with Feature Animation at Netflix which will include executives from cross-functional teams such as Creative, production, Finance, Business Affairs, and Legal Affairs as well as the Film’s Creator, Executive Producers, and production crew to manage, guide, and problem-solve throughout all phases of production.

Coordinate cast schedule for table reads & records. Circle take notes during record sessions. Book record studio, & send ADR ref materials when needed.

Keep up-to-date on high level of correspondence with vendors, Creative Teams, freelancers and inter-departmentally. Organize and prepare for meetings, conference calls/video conferences.

The Production Coordinator works within and among production departments to lead projects by facilitating discussions, communicating the strategy, coordinating deadlines and tracking project progress.

Develop, maintain, manage and capture all projects in development.

The PA ensures the accuracy of information by communicating in a timely and organized manner. The PA also assists and supports the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor, and department leadership with day-to-day issues and projects as they arise.

Provide day-to-day support to Production Coordinators, in particular, the episodic coordinator you are partnered with, along with Production Supervisors, Production Manager, and producers.

Schedule story and editorial meetings on the production calendar. Assist in preparation of reviews including uploading/downloading materials. Take notes during reviews and distribute notes to all necessary parties
