“Spotlight” Director Tom McCarthy in Talks to Direct “Timmy Failure” for Disney
The Tracking Board has confirmed that Tom McCarthy is in talks to helm and co-write the adaptation of Timmy Failure for Disney, based on the children’s book series by Stephan Pastis.
Eleven-year-old Timmy and his polar bear sidekick Failure run their detective agency to make enough money so that Timmy’s mom won’t have to worry about paying the bills.
