Serves as a conduit between the HBO Max Non-Fiction & Family and other departments by acting as a resource for information and maintains the flow of information between various departments both internally and externally as requested by executives.
Read scripts, review dailies, summarize notes from development meetings/calls
Liaising with agents, studio executives, writers, and executive producers as well as internal departments.
Duties include scheduling, rolling calls, travel coordination, expense reports, talent lists, and script coverage.
Role will support two executives at production company with multiple network/streaming series on air and in development.
Manage the calendars, phone sheets, and expenses of Co-President, Film and SVP, Film at Media Rights Capital.

Keep submission logs as necessary, which track: project name, date received, auspices, logline, and sender/submitting Agent and prepare submission logs for submission before creative.
