Coordinate general meetings, maintain scripts, production schedules, session sheets, cast lists, master lists and all other casting related documents for all shows.
Structure, negotiate and execute mid to large-sized deals for inbound Film/TV rights needed for projects on the platform, as well as negotiate deals at Networks/Streamers/Buyers when we sell our Audio to 3rd party financiers.
Maintain tracking grid and send out submissions of Writer and Director materials.
The Assistant, Development will support the Director of Development in the day-to-day operations of the development department, which is responsible for Animated theatrical feature films and Disney + streaming content that results in the Walt Disney Animation Studios’ upcoming release slate.
Ideal candidates should have one to two years experience and be interested in a career within representation and willing to make the commitment with room for growth within the company.
Should be great at multitasking, very computer literate, flexible, resourceful and efficient, with strong attention to detail and great follow through.
Must be excellent at client interaction, managing phones, tracking submissions, scheduling, managing contract traffic, billing/invoicing on behalf of clients, and project database management.
