Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, rolling calls, coordinating schedules, managing travel and facilitating all professional and personal items for the CEO.
The ideal candidate will already have a few years of experience in the industry, ideally at a production company or studio, and is incredibly organized, is used to a very fast pace and high volume.
Candidate should have excellent proofreading & writing skills, organizational skills & possess ability to prioritize tasks.
Reads scripts and other incoming material and provides coverage. Manages supervisor’s calendar and schedules appointments.
Maintains a strong organizational and filing system, requiring thorough knowledge of all ongoing projects and activities and their associated materials.
Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence. Is responsible for coordinating heavy travel schedules for staff and talent.
