Keep up-to-date on high level of correspondence with vendors, Creative Teams, freelancers and inter-departmentally. Organize and prepare for meetings, conference calls/video conferences.
Preparing decks for internal and external Creative presentations, including editing clips and mocking up Creative materials. Reviewing pitches, books and scripts and providing coverage, as requested.
Work with the development team to manage submission logs, read and distribute scripts, provide coverage, revise/update creative decks/reels to ensure accuracy, and conduct occasional research/list generation of talent and directors.
Schedule, hire and procure in advance the appropriate performers, influencers, vendors, and props for content shoots.
Partner with the development team and studio leadership to oversee, guide and problem-solve all phases of development from reviewing prospective productions through network sales and pilot production.
Oversee day to day management of various projects in development, prep, production, and post.
Support the production staff on all administrative production requirements across the life of a production.
A significant portion of this job will be managing the details and systems to ensure efficient internal organization across all program and grant processes.
Primarily administrative and organizational in focus this position is responsible for ensuring the Executive team works efficiently and the department as a whole is run smoothly.

Work closely with production managers, and production staff, as well as, internal producers to examine the needs of each production.
Act as primary liaison between crew, management, and other internal departments such as Electronic Field Production (EFP), post-production, IT, and facilities.
Attends meetings/functions as needed or requested, taking detailed notes/minutes, and disseminating as appropriate.
Provide script coverage & feedback of overall creative material. Compose and generate letters and memos, back-up proof reading and editing on documents prepared by supervisor, be a notetaker in meetings.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and effectively balance changing demands, a dynamic schedule, and function well under pressure.
Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to managing the executive’s calendar, rolling calls, taking meeting notes, maintaining submission logs, compiling talent list, and helping the overall team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to phones, scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supply arrangements, greeting visitors & vendors and more.

Duties include maintaining busy schedules, coordinating with productions about deadlines and deliverables, coordinating legal agreements, collecting forms and invoices from vendors.
The position will perform a variety of tasks including office restocking, lunch runs, errands (both corporate and personal), interfacing with vendors, coordinating gifts, answering the main phone line, and script coverage.
