Works with the EVP, Physical Production & Administration and SVP, Physical Production and their Coordinators. As directed, advises production personnel of WB policies and procedures.
Read and write coverage of incoming creative materials and writer’s samples. Track both internal and external projects in development at production companies, studios and/or competing networks.
Organize and maintain heavy filing system, databases, and reports using Word and Excel requiring a high level of detail and organization.
Tracking and reading submissions and writing samples and offering written thoughts in a timely manner.
Coordinates and organizes all material coming in and out of the department including: scripts, cuts of shows, promos, shoot material, awards submissions and communication.
Oversees every aspect of assigned primetime series on network, cable and streaming services. This includes the reading and evaluation of weekly material regarding concept, character development, character definition, story structure, humor and dialogue.
It is an administrative and creative position that supports the Creative & Production teams with distributing media assets as well as collaborating with the team to suggest and internally produce content for marketing campaigns.
Coordinate processing and distribution of production paperwork (call sheets, production reports, SAG sheets, wrap reports, crew lists, etc.)
Reads scripts and other incoming material and provides coverage. Manages supervisor’s calendar and schedules appointments.
Prepare documents, research and presentations for high-level meetings.
Email correspondence. Schedule and participate in meetings. Preparing, issuing, and tracking contracts.
Draft, review and track distributor contracts. Create invoices for international film distributors and assist with legal delivery.
Maintains calendar, schedules appointments, meetings and notes call, etc. Writes script coverage and tracks all submissions.
Conduct phone duties, which include but not limited to: fielding incoming calls, transferring calls, taking messages, scheduling conference calls, arranging meetings etc.
Works directly with the directors, writers, producers and post-production team on projects in development and/or filming.
Be a voracious reader and provide research, creative input and books for consideration for development.
Read scripts, review dailies, summarize notes from development meetings/calls

Reviews and prioritizes pitch requests and materials for review. Follow up with creators and artists to coordinate meetings, pitches, review notes, etc.
