Scheduling and managing calendars, the assembly and distribution of curriculum, creating meeting agendas, identifying and executing action items, securing guest speakers, event management, logistics, evaluation and follow up.

Responsibilities will change as the company continues to grow, but in addition to Executive Assistant functions, this person will be tasked with development duties such as idea generation, research and deck building, as well as generalist work across the company.

Responsible for administrative duties including a high volume of phone calls, coordination of a continuously, very high volume of meetings and schedules – including foreign business trips, preparing expense reports, and personal assistance as needed.

Analyze and breakdown scripts to identify strengths and weakness. Make recommendations of the commercial impact and quality of screenplays/scripts to be optioned and those that are in development.
