Partner with senior executives to develop current story ideas and create new projects. Actively participate in internal brainstorms and be able to creatively lead these meetings.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: scheduling a high volume of meetings and calls for two executives; interfacing and scheduling for clients; performing and organizing script coverage; tracking writers and directors; managing and tracking submissions of Finance/producing projects.

Analyze and breakdown scripts to identify strengths and weakness. Make recommendations of the commercial impact and quality of screenplays/scripts to be optioned and those that are in development.

Duties include heavy calls, scheduling meetings, digital filing, creating booking slips, tracking client payments, data gathering/entry, expense tracking, reading and giving feedback on scripts, and office administrative work.

Duties will include administrative support including scheduling, calendaring and managing phone calls/messaging needs. Additional duties will include assistance with meeting/coordinating events, managing notes, research, story grids and show covers.
