Administrative support and project role covering phones, scheduling, expenses and other admin duties for the Senior Vice President, Production.
Read and evaluate submissions and submit coverage as well as reading script drafts and taking notes.
Typical assistant responsibilities include but not limited to phones, heavy scheduling, submissions, research, and creative feedback.
Field pitches, identify trends, and help establish the strategic development goals for the Drama department.
Serve as the in-house production coordinator for all phases of pre-production through post-production, including start paperwork management, writers’ room and office set up, and additional support.
Talent submissions on platforms. Coordinating talents’ schedules and appointments. Script coverage.
Rolling calls and scheduling. Reading submissions and writing coverage.
Responsibilities include phones, managing calendars, scheduling, making travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
Manages supervisor’s calendar and schedules appointments. Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence.
Duties involve aiding the executive assistants in the department with clerical work, errands, meeting preparation, and additional duties as assigned.
Read and evaluate scripts, find new talent and emerging voices. Create lists of directors, writers, and actors for projects in development.
Work closely with leaders in overseeing all facets of Current Series and scripted development.
