- Despite not yet having a screen credit under his belt, screenwriter Adam Cozad has signed with the agency. Paramount picked up his script “Moscow” and is being developed into a Jack Ryan reboot, with Chris Pine attached to star; Kenneth Branagh will direct. He also adapted “The Grey Man” for Fox with Brad Pitt attached to star and James Gray to direct. He was previously at ICM and continues with Gotham Group.
- Director Lee Hirsch, who helmed the critically acclaimed and controversial feature documentary “Bully” has signed with the agency. “Bully” premiered at the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival and was distributed by The Weinstein Company. He made his feature directing debut with “Amandla! A Revolution In Four Part Harmony,” which won the 2002 Sundance Audiance Award.
- Online host and personality Ray William Johnson has signed with the agency after a competitive battle among various agencies. His Youtube channel, “The Ray William Johnson Channel” is the most subscribed to channel, with over 5 million subscribers and more than 1.8 million views. The agency plans to build Johnson out into different areas. He continues to be managed by 3 Arts Entertainment.
