The film is set in a not-too-distant future and tracks the journey of a military family that is relocated to a part in a groundbreaking experiment of man’s genetic evolution into space.
Lennart Ruff is set to direct the sci-fi flick with Automatik’s Brian Kavanaugh-Jones producing with Ben Pugh and Rory Aitken from 42 and Arash Amel. Hell on Wheels writer Max Hurwitz penned the script based on an original story from Amel.
Voltage Pictures is overseeing international sales with CAA handling domestic. Leon Clarance and Motion Picture Capital are producing and fully financing the project. Fred Berger is set to executive produce.
Schilling was most recently seen in theaters in The Overnight opposite Adam Scott. She is currently filming Phil, starring and directed by Greg Kinnear, and season four of Orange Is The New Black.
