〉The novel has spent nearly four weeks atop the New York Times Best-Seller List
International best-selling author Nina George is out with her latest book, THE LITTLE PARIS BOOKSHOP. Initially published in Germany, the romantic novel has since been translated into over thirty languages and has spent nearly four weeks on the New York Times best-seller list following its U.S. publication in June.
The story centers on Monsieur Perdu, a Parisian bookseller who has a knack for recommending books to heal his customer’s broken hearts, operating from his bookstore on a floating barge in the Seine. However, Perdu hasn’t been able to find happiness himself since the love of his life left him 21 years ago, leaving only a letter behind. Unable to bring himself to read it until now, Perdu decides to set off on a journey throughout France in search of his lost love.
Named the most popular book of summer 2015 by British newspaper The Independent, the transformative romance hit went on to top bestseller lists in Germany, Italy, Poland and the Netherlands.
George has written almost thirty books, including mysteries, relationship guides, and erotic romances. Throughout her long career, she’s worked as a police reporter, columnist, and managing editor for several German publications.
