Terrence Howard joins the cast of TERM LIFE, a thriller helmed by Peter Billingsley. The story centers around a criminal who plans heists that he sells to the highest bidder, but when one of them goes bad, everybody, from the mob to the cops, wants him dead. He hopes to stay alive long enough for his life insurance policy to kick in and pay out for his estranged daughter. Vince Vaughn will star as Nick Barrow while Howard will play Sheriff Braydon, a small town cop who encounters Nick and his daughter when they’re on the run. Jon Favreau and “Breaking Bad’s” Jonathan Banks are also attached to star.
Howard recently starred opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sam Worthington in “Sabotage” and will next appear in Lee Daniel’s TV drama “Empire” and the Shakespeare adaptation “MacBett.”
Howard is repped by CAA and Authentic Management.
