If you thought awards season was over, think again. The nominees for the 2016 MTV Movie Awards were announced on Tuesday (via Snapchat Discover, of course), and saw Star Wars: The Force Awakens dominate with 11 nominations – with the smash hit Deadpool nipping at its heels with 8 nominations.
There were two new categories added to the festivities this year: true story and documentary.
The Golden Popcorn buckets will be handed out by Central Intelligence stars Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart on April 10 starting at 8:00 pm EST.
