Were now hearing the big franchise-friendly graphic novel THE ADVENTURES OF LUTHER ARKWRIGHT that hit the market earlier today is making its ways into several studios. The book, written by Bryan Talbot and originally published over 35 years ago, centers on Luther Arkwright, a man with incredible psychic powers and the ability to travel between parallel realities. Both of these powers being key to his mission at stake – keeping the dark force Disruptors from finding and assembling the pieces of the Firefrost device, a machine created across parallel timelines with the sole intent of destroying the galaxy. It is said that Talbot’s book served as inspiration for projects such as “Watchmen” and “The Matrix”.
Manager JC Spink, and his company Benderspink, who are both repping the project, are attached to produce.
