With the Oscar nominations just around the corner and Hollywood primed to celebrate the best films of the year, it only makes to pause and acknowledge the films that didn’t work quite as well as their creators may have hoped. The 2016 Golden Raspberry Award Nominees were announced on Wednesday, calling out the worst in movies from the past year. Also known as the Razzies, some perennial punching bags made this year’s nominees, including Adam Sandler for both Pixels and The Cobbler. On the upside, Elizabeth Banks and Sylvester Stallone were among those up for the Razzie Redeemer Award. The winners will be announced the night before the Academy Awards, on February 27th, 2016.
