The Complete List Of The Golden Globe Nominations

Every year, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association recognizes excellence in film and television with the Golden Globe Awards. On Thursday morning, America Ferrera, Angela Bassett, Chloe Grace Moretz, and Dennis Quaid woke up bright and early to announce this year’s nominees ahead of the 73rd annual Golden Globes ceremony on January 10th, with host Ricky Gervais.

Todd Haynes’ Carol led this year’s nominations just ahead of Adam McKay’s The Big Short and Alejandro G. Inarritu’s The Revenant. Meanwhile on the television side, many newcomers fought their way into the fold, including USA’s buzzy hit Mr. Robot and My Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’s breakout star Rachel Bloom, while critical darling The Last Man on Earth and previous winners like Brooklyn 99 were shut out.
