On Wednesday, the Advanced Imaging Society handed out their 19th annual Creative Arts Awards. Among the winners were Star Wars: The Force Awakens for Best 3D Live Action Feature, which also earned Best Use of 2D to 3D Conversion, Inside Out from Pixar as the Best 3D Animated Feature, Stereography Animated, and The Walk, which took home both Best 3D Scene and Best VR (Virtual Reality) Experience–a new category created for this year’s awards.
The Harold Lloyd Award for Filmmaking was presented to Marvel’s Victoria Alonso, the first woman to ever receive the award.
