The 36th annual Golden Raspberry Awards were announced on Saturday night, calling out the worst in movies from the past year. Also known as the Razzies, some perennial punching bags made this year’s nominees, including Adam Sandler for both Pixels and The Cobbler. On the upside, Elizabeth Banks and Sylvester Stallone were among those up for the Razzie Redeemer Award. As is tradition, the ceremony was held the night before the Oscars in Los Angeles.
This year, Fifty Shades of Grey and Fantastic 4 dominated the awards, despite the former being one of the only non-redeemer Razzie nominee also up for an Oscar (Jupiter Ascending’s Eddie Redmayne being another, albeit for a very different role in The Danish Girl).
