“The Flash” Movie Loses Director Seth Grahame-Smith

movie has a hit a speed bump. Director has pulled out of the Warner Bros. adaptation of the comic character starring Ezra Miller due to “creative differences”.

The movie is set to be part of DC’s cinematic universe and would have marked Grahame-Smith’s directorial debut. He also wrote the script which will still be used. It was originally a treatment by writing/directing duo and Christopher Miller, who were once eyed to direct the movie as well.

The Flash is slated for a March 16, 2018 release date. Miller made a cameo as The Flash in Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice and will reprise his role in The Justice League Part One in 2017.

Grahame-Smith is known for writing the books and the movie adaptations of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. He also wrote the upcoming Lego Batman Movie and is attached to write and produce Beetlejuice 2
