Stephen Fry, Ryan Gage and Conan Stevens have been added to Peter Jackson’s THE HOBBIT. Fry will play The Master of Laketown, the leader of one of the towns Bilbo and the Dwarves encounter on their adventure. Gage will take on the role of Alfrid, The Master’s conniving servant. Stevens will play the Orc called Azog. The prequel to “The Lord of the Rings” follows the adventures of Bilbo Baggins, a hobbit from Middle-Earth, who ventures deep into the heart of Lonely Mountain in search for a treasure guarded by a dragon. The first part of the film is expected to drop late next year, with the follow-up to hit screens in 2013.
Fry is repped by ICM and Gage is repped by CAA.
