WHAT IS THE LAUNCH PAD ALUMNI BOOKLET?
At the end of each year, we put together an annual booklet highlighting the top writers from our Pilot and Feature Launch Pad Competitions. With Launch Pad scripts and writers having signed with every major, and sold to every studio in just the two years since we began this journey, we’re incredibly proud of the talent that has come from our competition. In this book, we offer an introduction to the scripts we’ve recognized as the Top 5% of all 2015 Launch Pad entries, and a breakdown as to why we love them, who the writers are, and why you should read.
WHO IS THIS BOOKLET FOR?
Whether, Agent, Manager, Producer, Executive, or Assistant, this book is for you. In just over two years, we’ve seen over 100 writers signed, 37 projects set up, 13 writers staffed, and almost 50 writers appear on annual “best of” lists. We love the success our writers have seen, and those working with them have pulled from the competition. And as such, we want to make it as easy as possible to take a look at our 2015 Alums, whether looking for new clients or projects, and see if there’s something or someone in there for you.
HOW CAN I REQUEST SCRIPTS?
Instead of bouncing emails back and forth, or signing in and downloading a bunch of scripts, this year we’re making it incredibly easy to request scripts. At the bottom of each script section you will see “Click here to request the script”. Once you’ve clicked that, you will open a request form, which will have a quick dropdown to select any of the scripts. Select the ones you’d like, click submit, and we’ll send your picks to you right away.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THESE WRITERS?
Once you get to the request page, you will find a link to all of our LP Alum’s pages. There, you will find out more about who they are, what they’ve done, and what else they’re working on. That link can also be found here.
HOW CAN I CONTACT THE WRITERS?
Instead of putting all of the writers info in this booklet for the world to see, if you’ve found a script you love, and want to get in touch with the writers, you can just shoot us a quick email at: Requests@Tracking-Board.com and we’ll put you in touch.
