Thriller CRUEL HEARTS, from writer-director Paul Osborne has added Melora Hardin to the cast. She joins Eddie Jemison, Patrick Day, Alev Aydin, and Bonnie Root.
The film follows a young man who discovers the woman he’s been sleeping with is married to a notorious crime boss and decides to tell him upfront about the transgression and beg for forgiveness. The ploy works, and the two men form an unstable friendship.
The project hails from Conspicuous Pictures and Verax Films in association with Dark Ash Films. Joe Pezzula and Jonathan Brown are producing with Leslie Osborne, Mark Relyea, Robert Hornak, and Bill Eikost executive producing.
Hardin is best known for starring in The Office on NBC and more recently in the Amazon series Transparent.
She is repped by The Kohner Agency and Framework Entertainment.
