Toni Collette And Molly Shannon Tapped For “Fun Mom Dinner”



and are set to star in the ensemble comedy FUN MOM DINNER alongside Katie Aselton from The League and Bridget Everett from Trainwreck.

Adam Scott, Rob Huebel, Adam Levine, and Paul Rust round out the cast of the movie that focuses on four moms who know each other through their kids’ preschool class. When they decide to have a harmless dinner together, the night takes an unexpected turn and they soon realize they have more in common than they initially thought.

Fun Mom Dinner was written by Julie Yaeger Rudd and will mark the directorial debut of Alethea Jones. Andrew Duncan and Alex Saks from June Pictures will produce with Naomi Scott from Gettin’ Rad Productions. Paul Rudd and Adam Scott will serve as executive producers.

Collette appeared in the holiday horror Krampus and can be seen in the upcoming crime drama Imperium with Daniel Radcliffe. She will appear next in xXx: The Return of Xander Cage opposite Vin Diesel and the war drama The Yellow Birds starring Jennifer Aniston. She is repped by , United , and FINLEY Management.

Shanon starred opposite Jesse Plemons in the drama Other People, which premiered earlier this year at Sundance. She can be seen next in the comedy The Little Hours with Alison Brie and Dave Franco as well as the upcoming HBO series Divorce starring Sarah Jessica Parker and Thomas Haden Church.
