Tony Sirico and Bruce Springsteen have both signed on for the upcoming season of LILYHAMMER. The Netflix comedy crime/drama centers on a notorious New York mobster who goes to live in rural Norway after testifying against his former associates. Sirico will have recurring role as a priest, while Springsteen will guest star as the owner of a mortuary.
Sirico is no stranger to the underworld of the mob, having played Paulie ‘Walnuts’ Gualtieri on HBO’s “The Sopranos,” Tony Stacks in “Goodfellas,” and a mob associate in “Mickey Blue Eyes.” His upcoming projects include roles in two comedies: “Friends and Romans” and “Fickle.” Although Springsteen is best known as the lead singer of his E Street Band, with hits including “Born in the USA” and “Glory Days,” he made a cameo in “High Fidelity.”
