The moment we’ve been waiting for has finally come! The Launch Pad Competition, in association with our partners Prime Universe Films and Echo Lake Entertainment, is thrilled to announce our winners for the 2017 Launch Pad Feature Competition.
In this, our fifth year of the Feature Competition, we’ve seen amazing new writers and fresh stories emerge and join our esteemed Launch Pad alumni. As we see every competition, we’ve also already seen a number of these writers sign with agents and managers, and we’re so excited to see what comes next for all of them. Thank you again to all the writers who entered this year. This competition couldn’t exist without you, and we’re thrilled to have all of you be a part of this.
Our exclusive partners had a wealth of strong voices and dynamic stories to choose from this year, before ultimately deciding on their final picks. Our mentors Anthony Cipriano, David Hoffman, and Jason Hellerman read through dozens of features to find the projects that spoke to them, and identify the writers they want to guide into the next steps of their careers.
