Supergirl‘s Betty Buckley, and Blood Drive‘s Colin Cunningham are set as series regulars and Jeremy Childs and Liz McGeever will recur on the upcoming third season of AMC’s PREACHER. Buckley will play Gran’ma, a spiritist with true powers, who can cast spells and even bring back the dead. Cunningham will play TC, a man born on the bayou and the loyal caretaker and soldier for Gran’ma. Childs is Jody, the enforcer for Gran’ma and the only man Jesse’s never beaten in a fight. McGeever will play Christina, who has a face that lures customers in for her family business.
Chris Powell is set as a series regular opposite Brett Dier in CBS’ multi-camera/hybrid comedy pilot HISTORY OF THEM. Powell will play Isaac, a smart, funny, former athlete, and millionaire with an awesome apartment in downtown Portland where he lives with his two best friends.
Shameless star Jessica Szohr is joining the cast of Seth MacFarlane’s THE ORVILLE as a new series regular for the Fox space dramedy’s upcoming second season. Szohr will play a new member of the crew onboard The Orville.
Showtime’s Don Cheadle vehicle BALL STREET is adding to its cast. The Wall Street comedy pilot has cast Regina Hall (Girls Trip), Paul Sheer (The League), and Happy Endings‘ grad Casey Wilson. Hall will play Jammer’s top lieutenant Dawn Darcy, the first female head trader on the street, who’ll ride the second wave of feminism through a sea of horny millionaires. Sheer is set to play trader Keith, Wilson will guest star in the pilot and will recur if Ball Street Gets picked up to series.
Instant Mom alum Sheryl Lee Ralph has been tapped for a recurring role opposite Niecy Nash on the second season of TNT’s comedic drama CLAWS. Ralph will play Matilde Ruval, the Haitian mother of Desna’s love interest Gregory Ruval, a benevolent and caring mother to her son with more going on than meets the eye.
Agents of Shield actress Felisha Terrell is set for a recurring role opposite Ryan Phillippe on the upcoming third season of USA’s drama series SHOOTER.Terrell will play Carlita, a seasoned military operative who was trained at the same Atlas facility as several of Lee’s adversaries. When the unexpected death of her commander sets her termination in motion, she’s forced to stray from her highly disciplined code.
