TV Casting Round-Up: Delroy Lindo Makes “Marvel’s Most Wanted” List



MARVEL’S MOST WANTED has cast to play Dominic Fortune opposite Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood, who reprise their Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. roles of Bobbi Morse/Mockingbird and Lance Hunter in the spinoff series.

Dominic Fortune first appeared in 1975’s Marvel Preview #2. A roguish adventurer that lived up to his name, seeking wealth as he traveled the globe, he was known to be an excellent marksman and has served as a mercenary and hero for hire.

Lindo, who is repped by APA, most recently appeared on ABC’s Blood & Oil and in the Point Break remake.


is set to star in A&E’s THE INFAMOUS as Shannon, an ambitious former gang member-turned-successful hip-hop who is poised to break out of South Central but becomes the target of an LAPD detective. The drama, written by Joshua Zetumer, is set against real events in turbulent 1990s , leading up to the L.A. Riots that tore the city apart.

Woodbine most recently starred as Mike Milligan on season 2 of FX’s Fargo, earning him a Critics’ Choice nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a Limited Series. His extensive television credits also include Saving Grace and Southland. He is repped by Gersh.

’s A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS has cast Malina Weissman and newcomer Louis Hynes as Violet and Klaus Baudelaire. The 13-episode straight-to-series adaptation of the best-selling children’s book tells the tale of orphaned children Violet, Klaus and Sunny Baudelaire, who finds themselves in the villainous clutches of an evil uncle named Count Olaf, who has designs on their family fortune. Weissman will play Violet, the self-confident, capable and smart-beyond-her-years eldest sibling. Hynes is set as Klaus, the middle child who loves books.

Neil Patrick Harris has been in negotiations for the adult lead, the villainous Count Olaf, and Barry Sonnenfeld is attached to direct.

Weissman, repped by Paradigm and Principato Young, recurs as young Kara in CBS’s Supergirl and portrayed a young April O’Neill in 2014’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. She can next be seen in Nine Lives opposite Kevin Spacey, Jennifer Garner and Christopher Walken.

Dominic Adams

Devious Maids alum Dominic Adams will star in History’s SIX. Inspired by current events, Six follows Navy SEAL Team Six, whose 2014 mission to eliminate a Taliban leader in Afghanistan goes awry when they uncover a U.S. citizen working with the terrorists. The military drama, from A+E Studios and The Weinstein Company is written by William Broyles and David Broyles, a military Special Operations veteran.

Adams, repped by Paradigm and Luber Roklin Entertainment, will play Michael, the antagonist of the series.


THE FLASH has found its first female speedster in Allison Paige. She will guest as Eliza Harmon, aka Trajectory, in episode 16 of the CW series second season. Having arrived in town intent on creating maximum chaos, Trajectory’s antics are misinterpreted as having been perpetrated by the Flash himself.

Paige, whose credits include Days of our Lives, Younger, Baby Daddy and web series The Lizzie Bennet Diaries, is repped by Gersh and Luber Roklin Entertainment.


George Lopez’s semi-autobiographical, single camera comedy, LOPEZ, has tapped for a recurring role. The Land series, starring and executive produced by the comedian, explores how he struggles to balance his two worlds and deal with crises – often of his own making.

Gilmore, who has had recurring roles on CSI: Cyber, and TNT’s Legends, will play Lopez’s love interest. She is with Global Artists Agency, Crimson Media and Untitled Entertainment.

Lopez, America’s most successful Hispanic American comedian, previously starred in his eponymous series FX’s Saint George and ABC’s George Lopez, which ran for 6 seasons. He has also hosted Lopez Tonight on TBS and has recurred on Real Husbands of Hollywood. Lopez is repped by UTA and 3 Arts.


is set to recur on CW’s THE ORIGINALS as Sofya, a smart, badass vampire whose skills are highly sought after on the black market. The character first appears in episode 16 of the vampire soap, which is making the move to Friday nights along with its mothership Vampire Diaries starting January 29th.

Cole’s past television credits include arcs on Impastor, The Glades, CSI: Miami, The Event, and Heroes. She is repped by Innovative Artists and Burstein Company.
