Natalie Martinez and Alex Koch have both joined the cast of 13-episode series UNDER THE DOME. Martinez will play Linda, a young, ambitious deputy, fiercely loyal to Sheriff Duke Perkins, who runs a tight ship in the town of Chester’s Mill. Koch will play Junior Rennie, son of the local politician and car dealer, who is a smart, secretly deeply disturbed college freshman desperately in love with local girl Angie. Greg Kinnear will star in the upcoming American adaptation of the Australian show RAKE. Kinnear will play the lead role of Keegan Joye, a brilliant, but self-destructive criminal defense lawyer. In the tv world, Kinnear has last seen in the acclaimed mini-series “The Kennedys”. He is repped by CAA.

Amelia Rose Blaire and Jurnee Smollett will be joining the cat of TRUE BLOOD for the upcoming sixth season. Blaire will have a recurring role as Willa Burrell, the daughter of Louisiana governor Truman Burrell. Smollet will star as Nicole Wright, a naive girl who always tries to do the right thing. Blaire previously starred in the series “Royal Pains”, “Perception” and “Grimm”. She is repped by Bauman, Redanty & Shaul. Smollett will be seen on the NBC series “Do No Harm” and “Bad Girls” and will star in Tyler Perry’s latest film “Confessions of a Marriage Counselor”. She is repped by ICM.
Marcia Gay Harden will replace Rosemarie DeWitt as litigator Rebecca Halliday in THE NEWSROOM. DeWitt had to drop out of the series to due scheduling conflicts and Harden will take over on the role. Harden will be seen in the pilots for “Trophy Wife” and “Isabel” and is in production on the period-drama “Parkland”. She is repped by UTA.

Brooke Shields will join the 7th season of ARMY WIVES as a recurring character. She will play brash and brilliant Air Force Colonel Katherine “Kat” Young. The last tv show Shields appeared on was “The Middle” and she can be seen next in “Skum Rocks!” and “The Hot Flashes” both already wrapped. She is repped by UTA.

Sally Pressman has joined the cast of JOE, JOE AND JANE, a multi-camera comedy project. She will play the titular Jane, which is the wife of one of the Joe’s. She’s best known for her work on Lifetime’s “Army Wives” and is repped by UTA.
Sean Hayes will star in an upcoming untitled family comedy set to air on NBC from Victor Fresco. He will play a father who must figure out how to parent his 14-year-old daughter, who just moved in, while navigating a temperamental new boss at work. Hayes is known for his work on “Will & Grace” and has had recent stints in the shows “Grimm” and “Up All Night”. He is repped by WME.
Ken Marino and Aasif Mandvi have joined the cast of THE GATES. Marino will play Mark, a loveable, sweet, well-meaning, puppy-dog of a guy, a type B, or C, maybe even D to his wife’s type-A personality. Mandvi will play a dad who is a super-driven, competitive Yale-educated lawyer who’s one of these comedically intense guys who pushes his kids way too hard. Marino is best known for “The State”, “Children’s Hospital” and webshow “Burning Love”. Madvi is best known for “The Daily Show” and “Jericho”. Marino and Mandvi are repped by IFA Talent Agency and UTA respectively.
