“Hell on Wheels” star Dominique McElligott is set to star in ASTRONAUT WIVES CLUB as Louise Shepard, the intensely private wife of the first American in space, Alan Shepard. McElligott is repped by CAA.
Also joining ASTRONAUT WIVES CLUB are Bret Harrison and Aaron McCusker. Harrison will play Gordon Cooper, one of the original astronauts who is on the verge of a divorce but convinces his wife to stay when he learns he’s going to space. McCusker has been cast as Wally Schirra, another astronaut who’s a bit of a prankster. McCusker is repped by Curtis Brown and Kritzer Levine Wilkins Griffin Nilon Entertainment. Harrison is with UTA and Management 360.

Amazon has decided to recast the male lead for their comedy pilot COSMOPOLITAN. The show chronicles the love lives and adventures of a group of young expatriates in Paris. Shaun Evans is leaving the show.

Gary Dourdan (of “CSI” fame) will have a recurring role on BEING MARY JANE which follows a successful female TV news anchor. Dourdan will join Gabrielle Union as a smoothly charming retired civil trial attorney who gives an exclusive interview to Union. Dourdan is repped by Prestige Talent Agency and ATA.

Dennis O’Hare will reprise his role as Spaulding in AMERICAN HORROR STORY: FREAK SHOW. He will appear in all ten episodes of the season opposite Jessica Lange.

Miniseries TEXAS RISING adds Jake Busey to the cast. The drama centers on the Texas Revolution against Mexico and the rise of the Texas Rangers. Busey will play the older brother of Samuel Wallace. He is repped by TalentWorks and Steven Jansen.

Keegan Allen joins FINAL EXAM, a TV movie centering on a girl who can’t stop dreaming about a night that never happened involving a sorority hazing ritual that ends in the death of a young girl. She wakes up to find that she sustained a brain injury preventing her from forming new memories. Allen will play Dr. Trent Rothman, the girl’s doctor and college friend. He is repped by APA and Creative Talent Group.

Leonard Roberts has been cast in DRUMLINE 2: A NEW BEAT, the sequel to the 2002 feature “Drumline.” The story follows an upper class Brooklyn girl who defies her parents by attending a college in Louisiana and joining their once-prominent drumline. Roberts reprises his role as Sean Taylor. He is repped by Greene & Associates and Evolution Entertainment.

Sammi Hanratty joins SALEM as Dottie, a confident, young leader among her peers. The series explores what fueled the Salem, Massachusetts witch hunts and subsequent trials. Hanratty is repped by Paradigm and Zero Gravity Management.
Daniel London will have a recurring role on MANHATTAN, a drama set during the mission to build the first atomic bomb in New Mexico. London will play a genius and the guiding force behind the Manhattan Project. He is repped by DBA.
Stephen Lang will also join SALEM with a recurring role as a hardcore Puritan who led the way across the ocean in the 1600s. Lang is repped by Innovative Artists.
